3. Changes in blood composition: Normal body coagulation and anticoagulation, fibrinolysis and antifibrinolysis are always in a dynamic equilibrium state. If the coagulation factors increase and their activity increases, while the concentration of anticoagulant proteins decreases or is lacking, it will lead to thrombosis.

Three types of thrombosis, involving major organs

1. Venous thrombosis

2. Arterial thrombosis formation
